‘The Dreamer’ is one of my all time favourite songs.
I listened to it as I watched the the sun rise over montreal from the kindaronk lookout the other morning.
That’s a good start to the day.

came in the mail the other morning. I can’t believe how nicely she can play guitar. The recordings on the EP are so clear, the songs sound beautiful. At the same time that it is comforting it’s very odd to hear her voice as I’m walking down the street knowing she’s half a world away. I’m going to start putting money away here and there and will hopefully be able to visit her sometime in the next couple of years. She told me she plans to visit again in 2 years, the last time I saw her was the summer before grade 12.

You’ve done it again.
We’re gonna have a problem here.
Having a problem with keypad on my mac and it’s making my computer pretty useless and incredibly frustrating.
I have to go pick up my processed slides from Borealis. Hopefully something turned out that I can present tomorrow for my first assignment.
Colonial photography is supa interesting.
If any of you care to follow that blog that’s cool. I actually care about updating that blog to keep a record for myself. I don’t really post much here anymore.
handle.
The most beautiful umbrella I bought yesterday…
(ya I’m calling an umbrella beautiful)
from an older foreign gentlemen with a tiny, tiny shop in the underground mall at peel station. It was only 16$ with tax :O
I gave him a 20 and let him keep the change. He didn’t understand why I was giving him the extra money.
Quit these pretentious things and just punch the clock. These days my life, I feel it has no purpose, but late at night the feelings swim to the surface. ‘Cause on the surface the city lights shine. They’re calling at me, come and find your kind.
I’ve been in Montreal for almost a week now and it’s been really nice.
The apartment is great.
The people are great.
The city is great.
I haven’t hung out with any new people yet.
I want to know who my neighbours are really bad. We keep trying to catch them but never succeed. Mail keeps being delivered to 999 different names in the same 2 apartments. Pretty confusing.
I had my student card made the other day. I have red eye. NICE.
Yesterday I bought my books and school supplies and waited in line at McGill Metro for my reduced fare card for an hour. It was 40 gd degrees. I almost vomited.
The above photo is from just before we left for Foufounes Electriques. It’s a great fucking place. 2.25 bottles of beer on Fridays and a rad assortment of music. The best I’ve heard.
